Four pieces of work, from concept to live. Each one with what was built and what it solved.

A German DeFi ecosystem with a token presale and a community spread across time zones. We automated the whole launch operation: the presale, support on Telegram, the campaign, and reading who was showing up.

What we did

  • Presale automated end to end
  • Replies and triage on Telegram
  • Campaign and launch schedule
  • Audience demographics
  • Custom Web3 tooling

A launch will not wait for anyone to wake up

A presale runs to the clock while the community sits in every time zone. The automation answers on Telegram, passes real questions to a person, and records where each interested buyer came from — without needing someone awake at three in the morning.

A street shop that sold only through Instagram and kept losing orders mid-conversation. It now has its own catalogue, and every piece opens WhatsApp with the model and size already written out.

What we did

  • The whole site, from logo to order
  • Catalogue with sizes and stock
  • Pre-written WhatsApp orders
  • Automated product photo cut-outs

A shirt that actually swings

The 3D shirt is not a video: it is two sheets of cloth stitched together with volume between them, solved every frame. The silhouette comes from the alpha channel of the real photo — so it is that shirt, not a generic pattern.

A surgical immersion platform running cohorts across three continents. We designed the homepage and the plan to automate the operation: cohort registration, profile screening, participant paperwork and publishing in three languages.

What we did

  • Homepage concept and art direction
  • Proposal to automate the operation
  • Cohort registration and screening flow
  • Multilingual content publishing

Sell the operation, not the conversation

The client already had a tool for talking to people. Rather than pitch the same thing again, we looked at what nobody was minding: the cohort register, the surgeon screening and each participant’s paperwork — the work that starts after the yes.

This site. The homepage is a 120-metre descent: the ocean is genuinely computed, frame by frame, and every stop tells a part of what we do.

What we did

  • Identity and the whole site
  • The descent in WebGL
  • A 3D shop you can walk through
  • A form that arrives by email

The ocean runs off the main thread

The water simulation lives in a Web Worker with OffscreenCanvas. That is why the page still scrolls on a phone while the sea keeps moving behind the text.
